What we collect

When you send an inquiry, request samples or leave product feedback we collect what you type into the form: your name, organization, work email, phone number, shipping address and message. When you order, Stripe collects your payment details on its own page; we receive your name, email, shipping address and what you ordered, and never your card number.

Website visits

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this website: which pages are visited, how long visits last, and roughly where visitors come from. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this. It does not give us your name or email, and we have turned off its advertising features. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google's opt out add on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

How we use it

We use it to answer your request, ship samples and orders, and follow up about them. We do not sell it.

Who sees it

REZCOR staff, and the service providers that run this website, our forms, our payments and our shipping.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are working with you, and afterwards as our records require.
